A little over a year ago, I began having uncontrolled swaying when I was meditating. After seeking the guidance of an experienced meditation instructor, I realized that I was awakening my Kundalini energy.
After that time, I began to engage in deep, spiritual, and potent meditation, the benefits of which I still feel to this day.
It’s not something I can promise or guarantee you’re going through the same thing, but there’s no denying that it’s a possibility. By sharing what I’ve learned, I hope that you’ll be better able to investigate the rising of your own Kundalini.
Why does my body rock back and forth while I meditate?

One of the less frequent instances is when a person begins to physically sway or rock from side to side. When it initially occurred to me, I admit that I did experience some kind of panic.
I was aware of what was going on, but I worked on maintaining a profound level of meditation while ignoring the rocking as much as possible, if that makes any sense.
I did not take the time to pause and think about what had really taken place until after I had done meditating. To be honest, up until this moment, I had no idea that such powerful physical activities were even conceivable.
The emotions and sentiments I described before may be caused by a wide variety of factors, but swaying is entirely another phenomenon.

If you’ve been experiencing these symptoms, the greatest thing you can do for yourself is speak to a meditation or yoga instructor who has expertise working with kundalini. I am aware that this is not always feasible, and I respect that.
When I was going through this energy surge, someone advised me to stop what I was doing, say a prayer, and ask for aid and direction from above. This is the greatest piece of advice I can provide, and it’s also what I did.
Then, make an effort to deliberately concentrate on directing the energy to move up your spine. There are some possible risks involved if the energy moves in the other direction, but you should try not to fret or worry about it.
It’s unlikely to happen the first time you go through these sensations; in all likelihood, you’ll have to give it a few tries. However, at some point in the future, you will be able to obtain a solid “hold” of the energy and direct it upwards.
Once your kundalini energy has awakened, you will then start to feel some of the spiritual, physical, and emotional advantages that come along with it.
The advantages vary from person to person, but here are some of the things you could enjoy:
