Apricot liqueur, 2 ounces (such as Apry)

DAIQUIRI ALMOND APRICOT

Leave out the liquor made from apricots. Before combining, add 2 ounces of almond liqueur, preferably amaretto.
APRICOT CREAM DAIQUIRI Cut down on the apricot halves to 12 cup, and the liqueur to 1 ounce. Before blending, add 12 cup pitted cherries, 1 ounce cherry liqueur (such as Heering), and 12 cup semifrozen cherries (see page 2).

Remove the apricot liqueur and gold rum.
Before combining, add 2 ounces of herbal liqueur (such as Chartreuse or Strega) and 3 ounces of spiced rum (such as Captain Morgan).

Before mixing, add 1 big lemon and 2 ounces of lemon liqueur, such as Limoncello.
