  • Bok choy, 1 cup
  • Green beans, 1 cup
  • Alfalfa sprouts, 1 cup
  • 1-2 tbsp of fresh, peeled ginger
  • 2-cups of water
  • 10 ml of lime juice
  • 2 pears

Blend the water with the bok choy, green bean pieces, alfalfa sprouts, and tiny pieces of peeled ginger. Add lime and pear slices. Blend once more.
As needed, add water to get the required consistency.

  • 1 grapefruit, segmented after being peeled

Green Smoothie every day

Many of the green smoothie recipes may be made using ingredients you already have. Here is a different smoothie recipe I came up with to utilize what I had!
2 cups salad mix
2-cups of water
0.5 cups broccoli
a half-inch cucumber
1 kiwi
2 pears
1/2 avocado

Combine the water and the salad. Include cucumber and broccoli slices.
Blend. Add pear and kiwi chunks. Add the avocado to the smoothie after scooping it out. Until the required consistency is achieved, add additional water.

Vegetable Smoothie

The finest green leaves to include in your smoothie are really wild greens. One of my favorite types of lettuce grows just outside my home; it’s called miner’s lettuce. Free, organic, and grown nearby!

Basil, two cups
10 ml of lime juice
one water cup
Ice cubes, 1/2 cup
Honey is an optional sweetener.

Combine water, lime juice, strawberries, and basil. Add ice cubes and stir one more.
Smoothie with green lucuma
Lcuma is a superfood that offers smoothies a creamy, caramel taste and high quantities of B3 and iron.

  • 112 cups of greens
  • 2-cups of water
  • 1 pear and 1 apple
  • one little zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons cuma

Slice the lettuce, then combine with water. Add the pear, apple, and zucchini after cutting them into pieces. Blend once more. Once the correct consistency is attained, add the cuma and liquefy with water.
smoothie made with chaga Tea chaga is very nutrient-dense and particularly high in antioxidants. It grows on trees. It makes the ideal foundation for a green smoothie.

  • spinach, 2 cups
  • 2 cups chaga tea, 2 stalks of celery
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 1/8 inch of peeled ginger
  • Avocado one

Mix spinach and chaga tea together. Apple, cucumber, ginger, and celery should all be chopped up. Mix the components after adding them to the blender. Once the proper consistency is obtained, scoop out the avocado and add additional water as necessary.

Smoothie with sea buckthorn

You may buy sea buckthorn fresh or frozen. It’s abundant in antioxidants and vitamin C, which make your skin shine.
1 lettuce cup
Sunflower shoots, 1 cup
Sea buckthorn, 1 cup
2-cups of water
Combine water and all the ingredients. Until the required consistency is achieved, add additional water.

Orange Green

Add spinach to your standard orange juice to give it some flavor. Kids adore it!
