The major site of the Getty Museum is known as the Getty Center, and it can be found in the Brentwood section of Los Angeles. The collection focuses on art from Western cultures and spans the time period from the Middle Ages to the current day. It is one of the museums in the United States that receives the most visitors each year thanks to its projected 1.3 million visitors.
The Getty Villa, which is the museum’s second home and can be found in the Pacific Palisades district, has artwork from antiquity that was produced in Greece, Rome, and Etruria.
