Method

Melt the beeswax in a two-boiler system.
Remove it from the boiler when it has melted and set it aside to cool.

Whip the ingredients until it is smooth and creamy.
Fill a glass jar halfway with the liquid and keep it cold and dry (do not refrigerate).

In a double boiler, melt the lanolin and beeswax (if you aren’t using liquid lanolin).
Allow for cooling of the mixture. Lastly, pour in the chamomile tea.
Squeeze the liquid out of the vitamin capsules and add it to the mix. Stir in the essential oil after a few more minutes.
Whip it until it is smooth and creamy.
Fill a glass jar halfway with the mixture and keep it somewhere cold and dark.
As needed, massage your whole body and face.

mineral water, 2 tbsp
1 mL essential oil of peppermint

Method

Using a double boiler, melt the beeswax and oils.
Warm the mineral water (do not boil) and drizzle it into the melting beeswax and oil mixture gently. Continue to combine.
Allow the beeswax to cool once it has melted.
Whip vigorously with the essential oils added.
Fill a glass jar halfway with the cream and keep it cold and dry.
As a day cream, use it.

Why Is It Effective?

UV filters in avocado and nut oils keep your skin hydrated while protecting it from damaging UV radiation (4). Sun protection is also a feature of the essential oils (lavender and peppermint). These oils keep your skin healthy while protecting it from UV radiation.

shea butter, 3 tblsp
vitamin E oil (1 teaspoon)
1 tsp. aloe vera juice
apricot seed oil (3 tablespoons)

Method

In a double boiler, melt the shea butter and then set it aside to cool.
Once the butter has cooled, add the oils and aloe vera gel and whisk to combine. Continually stir.
Transfer to a glass jar after the cream has reached a creamy consistency.
