In a double boiler, melt 1/2 ounce, or about 1 tablespoon, of beeswax. Next, add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and 1 ounce, or approximately 2 tablespoons, of anhydrous lanolin. Stir well to combine. Add 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) of orange blossom water, 2 ounces (1/4 cup) of heavy mineral or almond oil, and 2 or 3 drops of benzoin tincture.

Almond oil vapors should not be inhaled.

The ingredients should be poured into a mixing dish and whipped with an egg beater or a wire whisk until it is creamy. Place the cream in a little jar and seal it shut.

Mix 1/4 teaspoon of alum with 2 teaspoons of orange blossom water in a small bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of gelatin and let sit for a few minutes to soften. In the top of a double boiler, add 1/4 cup of glycerin and simmer over low heat until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Then, gently whisk in 8 ounces of lanolin to the mixture. Stir to combine 1/4 teaspoon of benzoin tincture and 1/4 teaspoon of camphor spirits. Get rid of the heat. Using an electric mixer set to medium speed, beat the heated mixture until the cream is cold and frothy. Place in a clean jar and securely cover.

Apply the lotion to the skin at night and give it a good 5 to 10 minute massage.

Water Bay rum Glycerin Laundry starch Powder Glycerin

Pour 2 tablespoons of powdered laundry starch, 1/4 cup of glycerin, and 1/4 cup of cold water onto the top of a double boiler. Mix thoroughly. Stirring continuously, heat over low heat until slightly thickened; take care to prevent lumping of the mixture. Add 2 teaspoons of bay rum and 3 to 4 drops of your preferred perfume after allowing it cool somewhat. Put the mixture in a little jar and seal it up. Use as necessary.

Facial Hair Bleach This affordable, efficient cream hair bleach is simple to make.
